The Forum for Leadership Excellence (The Forum) is a comprehensive two-year leadership development program created exclusively for Rawls College of Business undergraduates. The Forum will prepare Texas Tech's business students for the ever-changing, highly-demanding job market by building a talented and diverse workforce. Over a two-year period, Forum leaders will have the opportunity to:
- Increase interpersonal skills through skill building sessions and leadership workshops
- Discover what leadership means in today's business environment
- Receive personal assessments of leadership skills
- Participate in networking and professional events
- Learn and mingle with corporate sponsors
- Travel for corporate visits and job fairs
- Engage in service learning projects in the Lubbock community
